This Website is operated by PT Bogasehat Garam Lada. PT Bogasehat Garam Lada offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to display our products and services to you.

 

ORDERS

1. Orders made through GoFood, Tokopedia or Whatsapp Orders are only processed once payment has been made.
2. Special requests on products (i.e reduce level of sweetness) is subject to our approval. Surcharge applies.
3. All orders require a lead time of two (2) working days if ready stock is not available.
4. Urgent or last minute orders are subject to our approval. Surcharge applies.

 

SPECIAL REQUESTS

1. Seriously Keto will not fulfill special requests that will affect the original appearance of our products (i.e. changing the shape of our cakes).
2. Seriously Keto will not fulfill special requests to pipe special messages on cakes.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Deliveries are made between 9am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday.
2. In the event we are unable to contact you during the delivery or pickup time period as per your order, and therefore cannot fulfill your order, the items will be disposed of for hygiene purposes. No refund or replacement will be provided.
3. Special request with the delivery timing is subject to our approval. Additional charges applies.
4. We require (1) working day lead time in any case of changes in delivery address.
5. Additional charges will be imposed in the event of a change of delivery address before our required lead time.

 

CANCELLATION

1. Seriously Keto implements a no return, no refund and no cancellation policy once payment has been made.
2. Products sold are non exchangeable.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

1. It is your responsibility to check each item’s nutritional facts and list of ingredients on the product page to determine whether it is suitable for your dietary requirements.
2. Seriously Keto will not be responsible for any strict dietary requirements and any allergies caused by our products.
